Mementa

"Mementa" is an interactive art exhibit by Erica Qualy, an artist and musician currently based in Memphis, Tennessee. Qualy is the Founder of Memphis Zine Fest and also played guitar and drums in The Vignettes and Objectum Sexuals. The exhibit features her personal journals and sketchbooks from the past 30 years, out on display and open to the public. Guests are welcome to browse through the journals and sketchbooks for as little or as long as they'd like. Erica will also have some of her original art for sale. This is a free or pay what you want event, with donations going to the artist's gas and lodging costs.

Please note: the artist has requested that there be no photographing of the actual journal and sketchbook contents. Thank you for respecting this decision.

“Perhaps one of the most intimate art shows… it is a ballad of vulnerability… a deeply personal look into the life of an artist that takes you through all the joys and pains of living… don’t miss this show!” -Naomi Woods
